This is a fabric face mask made for covering the mouth and nose. It is constructed from a close-weave 100% cotton outer layer, a 100% polyester intermediate layer and a tightly-woven soft cotton satin lining, and we have followed the pattern and instructions as advised by the Grenoble University Hospital in France.

Please note this is not a medical mask and should not be worn as personal protective equipment.

Please wash this mask before you wear it, and frequently wash your mask at 60°C / 140°F.

This mask can be placed in a saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes and it will not shrink.

It can be ironed with a steam iron which will also sterilise it with steam.

Always wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before putting the mask on or taking it off and remove the mask by the elastic, without touching the front of the mask.
